Hi Timer!
It's almost fall and we have our 6 Hour Lap Race coming up on October 21st. Pretty easy as far as equipment goes - we'll just have a single timing point that participants will cross when they finish each lap of the 5 Mile course.
The race will start promptly at 8 AM and we will enforce a VERY strict 6-hour cutoff (so, if we start 5 minutes late, then the cutoff is 6 hours after the gun goes off). We also don't want to use any chip start times for this race, since that can get confusing for people - gun/clock time only please.
We have two events for this, but they start at the same time - an individual event and a Relay event. We don't do any awards for the individuals, but we do recognize the top 1 team in the Male, Female, and Coed Relay categories if you could give me a printout of those.
By the way, we received the ankle straps with chips on them and the file you sent mapping the chip codes to the bib numbers - that was really helpful!
We've also got two different TVs that we will have set up and would like a Scrolling HTML result set for each TV. One tv will be the individuals, one tv will be for the relay teams. If we can have thse sorted by the most recent team to cross the line and show their last lap time that would be great!
See you at the race!
Ron
